Babcock University Admission Letter And Acceptance Fee For 2016/17

Babcock University admission letter and acceptance fee payment procedures for the newly admitted undergraduates for the 2016/2017 academic session.

Following the release of Babcock University Batch A  Admission List for the 2016/2017 academic session, authorities of the institution released the admission letter printing procedure and acceptance fee payment procedure for newly admitted candidates.

  • Login with your Application Page Username and Password
  • Click Admission Letter
  • Click GO
  • Scroll down and click PDF to print Admission Letter in PDF format.

Babcock University – Payment of Acceptance Fee.

All candidates offered provisional admission should proceed immediately to the bank to pay acceptance fee i.e. a non-refundable fee of One Hundred & Fifty Thousand, Three Hundred & Fifty Naira only, (N150,350.00.) which is part of the school fees. Present your Application ID (5 digits) at any of the following banks: Diamond, UBA, WEMA, Zenith and pay on the E-tranzact platform.
WARNING: DO NOT PAY MONEY TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF PEOPLE EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE BABCOCK UNIVERSITY.

STUDENTS ARRIVAL, ORIENTATION AND REGISTRATION: August 21 – September 2, 2016
Report to the School Officer of your School at Babcock University from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM during the registration period with the following documents:
I.   Four (4) copies of 2016 UTME result slips;
II.  Eight (8) recent passport-size photographs and four (4) copies of birth certificates
III. Originals and Four(4) photocopies of SSCE results or equivalents
IV. Originals and Four (4) photocopies of official receipts of acceptance fees and balance of the school fees paid
V.  Original receipt of payment for Babcock Post-UTME online application form showing your Application ID.
4.  Pre-degree transiting to 100L should check their emails for admission letters and mode of payment.
Candidates awaiting results shall sign an undertaking to present acceptable SSCE results or its equivalent before matriculation on Thursday, November 24, 2016.
  1. Academic Clearance: Report to the Head of Department for academic clearance.
  2. Psychosocial Clearance: Report to Babcock University Teaching Hospital for Medical Screening and Student Support Services Unit for psychosocial screening.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. HOSTEL ACCOMODATION: New Students: Premium and Classic (No Regular hall for the new students).
2.Candidates who evade any of the above processes run the risk of having their admission withdrawn.
3.Candidates who have not attained the age of sixteen (16) by November 24, 2016 may not be considered for admission.

Babcock University Batch A Admission List is Out 2016/17

Babcock University admission list for the 2016/2017 academic session is out. The list contains the names of candidates offered provisional admission into the university first Degree programmes.


This is to inform all the candidates that sat for the Babcock University (BU) post UTME screening exercise that the management of the institution has released the names of candidates offered provisional admission into their various undergraduate programmes for the 2016/2017 academic session.

See Photo Of Babcock University's Best Graduating Student With 4.96 CGPA


The best graduating student of Babcock University, Ilishan, Ogun State, is non other than Miss Comfort Ekaette Inyang. The 21 year old graduated from the computer science department topping the 2015/2016 session with a CGPA of 4.96 Which puts her in the first class division of the 1,616 graduates from the Stallion class of 2016.

Inyang said she set the goal to become the best student right from her first day in the university and was never distracted by frivolities. “I was very focused, never had a boyfriend on campus but had close friends who supported me. I was actively involved in school activities. I had a timetable and I adhered strictly to it”.

“Babcock University not only taught me but also showed me that it is possible to excel in every aspect of my life without compromising my dream and aspirations. This institution also opened my eyes to the challenges that confront Nigeria and has taught me that I can be a vital part of the solution”, she said.

Inyag walked home with four academic awards, including the Vice Chancellor’s prize for the best graduating student, Saying the university had shaped her life positively, paving her successful career path.

There were 33 graduates in the first class division of the 1616 stallion class of 2016, the convocation was a huge success and joy for both the graduates and their respective family and friends.

The ceremony was attended by the Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, President of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Aigboje Aig- Imoukhuede, representative of Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosu, pioneer Vice Chancellor, Prof James Kayode Makinde, among other dignitaries.

Also speaking, the Vice Chancellor, Prof Ademola Tayo applauded the students performance and charged them to keep the banner of excellence higher. Although a lot of the students were already playing leadership role in different spheres, he implored them to continue their good work and invest their skills and good moral acquired from the university in the growth and development of the country.
